Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used contact lenses
  • Opened contact lens packaging
  • Customized prescription (eyesight) lenses unless the product received is defective or incorrect

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using an appropriate method agreed upon with the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include photographs of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs may be covered by Lens Bazaar.

For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
